budget. We offer three fully customizable options, as well as guest portraiture,

Wedding Photography Packages
|
|
Weddings photography packages from Infinity Image are available
to fit around the way you've planned your day, as well as your budget. Four fully
customizable options are available, as well as specialty options that will lead
to more coverage and lend to the artistic nature of the event, but whichever one
you choose, you are assured of stunning images that capture the excitement and joy
of your special event.

Digital Negatives
|
|
We do not believe in baiting clients with low sitting fees and then charging an
astronomical amount for prints. We give you the digital negatives to all of the
photos from your shoot at the package listed price. This means that you can print
as many photos as you want, whenever you want.
|
Travel
|
|
We would be thrilled to travel to your shoot. There is no extra travel fee to areas
within 100 miles from the Willamette Valley. Please feel free to ask about travel
fees for further distances and for destination events.
|
Price Guarantee
|
|
We promise to keep the prices unchanged from those agreed at the time you sign your
service contract. To remain competitive, we reserve the right to keep our prices
under constant review, so do check when you call if you haven’t yet booked your
photographic services.
|
Booking
|
|
Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. The booking fee (which is
a 50% non-refundable retainer for services) must be paid upon signature of the services
contract. This guarantees that our time on that day will be dedicated to only your
coverage. The remainder of the fee is due upon completion of your shoot unless otherwise
agreed upon in contract.

Agreement
|
|
Infinity Image will provide a contractual agreement between the client and the photographer
that will serve to define each line item of the services to be provided and delivered.
Each contract is customized to fit the client’s needs and wishes. These are available
for review and a consultation costs you nothing.
|
|
|
|
For those small intimate gatherings with fewer than 10 guests, this package is designed
especially for you. You will have some stunning photographs to remember your event
over a period of up to 6 hours.
|

The Contemporary package covers proceeding at your event, with a perceptive observational
style and a relaxed view of the day as it unfolds. Infinity Image will take non-intrusive
pictures of the arrival of the guest(s) of honor, the proceedings of the event,
and the guests enjoying themselves. Group shots are also included, but these are
handled swiftly so as to minimize disruption for you and your guests. You will receive
a set of stunning photographs capturing the essence of the event - a lifelong reminder
of this special day.

Infinity Image would be happy to provide an additional photographer to focus on
providing individual portraits of each guest. We set up our own backdrop, use natural
settings or are happy to use one provided by the event. Each image will be included
on the CD as well as personally mailed in a 5x7 print directly to each guest. Because
we use two photographers - one for event coverage and one for portraits - nothing
will be missed regarding documentation of your event.
